I cannot recommend Just Roofing enough! They completed a full roof replacement for me and handled the entire insurance claim process from start to finish, which made what could have been an overwhelming experience incredibly easy and stress-free. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept me informed, answered my questions, worked directly through the insurance process, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I never felt like I was left trying to figure things out on my own. The roof itself turned out beautifully, and the quality of the work was excellent. Wes was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and truly made everything so much easier for me. Joel came out and went above and beyond trying to find a leak in my roof.  Took pictures, conferred with colleagues, did a thorough inspection.  Turned out the leak was not coming from the roof, but despite spending so much time with me stood by it being a free inspection.  I even offered to pay given the time spent. We have been through roof replacement before, but this time Joel went beyond and above in terms of working with our adjusters and getting more than we thought. Unbeknownst to us our screens in the sun room had taken a hit from recent Ohio storms along with the roof and main garage door.  Joel took exceptional care and we basically did not have to do anything but call in a claim. The roof is now complete and boy!!! Does it look fantastic.
