I had a 5 star experience from beginning to end. They are a very professional team of people who were great to work with. They were quick to return calls and respond to texts. It was a very smooth process. I am very pleased with the results. They did a great job on my roof replacement and an amazing job on the cleanup afterwards. No surprise that the Better Business Bureau gave them a A + rating. I am a very satisfied customer and I honestly enjoyed working with the Just Roofing USA team.

I am totally satisfied with the entire experience I have had working with the team from Just Roofing USA. Wes responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. His follow-up was incredible. My roof was completed quickly and efficiently. After the roof was complete, they stayed in touch to ensure that I had no other concerns. Most recently, Cory assisted with another issue involving our radon pipe on the roof. That problem was also resolved in an excellent manner. I would definitely recommend this company for the replacement of your roof.

Ron was an amazing contractor. He worked with me this past year and the beginning of this year to get my roof and siding done. He was very patient with me selecting colors for my siding and roof. He worked with me on financing my roof and siding I recommend Ron to everyone I talk to if they need anything down to there home. best company hands down. Thanks to Wesley and Michael as well they were so kind with me and understanding when my home insurance wouldn't pay the full amount to cover this project.

Wes, Steve, and the entire Just Roofing USA team made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. After heavy storms damaged our roof, we contacted Wes that same evening. He was on-site the very next day to assess the damage for us and several neighbors. From start to finish, their communication was timely, their responses were quick, and the quality of both the customer service and the workmanship was excellent. My roof took some damage in a recent wind/hail storm. Got a hold of Just Roofing based on a friend's recommendation and don't regret it. Corey was out the next day to inspect and tarp it where needed and was able to get a fix in place ASAP. Very reasonable pricing and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Excellent sales, scheduling, and repair. Wes Townsend was very considerate, and treated us with respect throughout the process! Roof was patched after high wind damage, and the shingles matched perfectly with the existing shingles.

Mike was able to come out the same day I called, which was huge given I had an active leak. He quickly identified the exact source of the issue on my slate roof, something that isn’t always easy and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and with attention to detail, and he resolved the leak on the spot. It is clear he knows how to work with slate roofs, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Zach came by to check on potential damage to our roof due to recent storm activity. While assessing the roof, he secured some siding that partially came loose.
