Robert and Carter are amazing! I called Robert about a leak in the commercial building I am in and he sent out Carter within 20 minutes of my call. They are super reliable, truthful and fun to work with!

From the very first inspection, Robert and the team went above and beyond, climbing all over the roof to carefully document every bit of storm damage while patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through every single step of the insurance claim process.

Robert was a complete professional. Arrived on time, informed me on every step and explained his findings. He also provided several options. He was never pushy, making me very comfortable working with him.

I needed a new roof and other exterior repairs due to hail damage caused by this spring’s storms. Just Roofing was so easy to work with. From the free estimate to project completion JR made the process efficient and even pleasant. Wes Townsend went above and beyond to help us with everything.

Had roof and gutter damage caused by hail. Just Roofing guy came out and did an inspection. He also was here when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Could not have gone better! Got plenty of money from the inspection to do a top quality roof. Had a few problems and Just Roofing was on it and made it right. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience with Just Roofing USA in Columbus. They worked well with our insurance on damage assessment from March 2026 storms to identify impacts to our roof and gutters. I was impressed with their ability to replace both the roof, and the gutters and gutter guards. They are extremely quick to respond and offered a full selection of colors for both the roof and gutters. Very impressed, and would highly recommend!

Was approached by Joel to do a roofing inspection. The entire process has been effortless. They’ve worked with my insurance to make the most out of my claim and I’ve only had to pay my out of pocket deductible. For $500 and a couple 10 minute phone calls, I’m getting a new roof here in the next couple weeks.

I had my roof and gutters replaced and I am so happy with the professionalism of the workers! They were courteous and cleaned everything perfectly when they finished. Also, a personal shout-out to Joel who dealt with my insurance company and walked me through every step of my repairs. He even found my green shingles!! Much love to him for that!! Amazing man!!!

Still waiting for install but got estimates and sent to insurance by Joel Fallon. I have not had to do much, it’s being taken care of. Still waiting to hear final installation details. Waiting for insurance final decision.

I've been burned by too many companies out of the city. So I got with grok and I asked him to find me a family owned company that has a history of honesty and integrity, and this is who he sent me to. I was weary of who I could trust because I have a very large roof, it's a big job. I'm an old disabled veteran, and there's a big opportunity for people to take advantage of me. Just Roofing not only delivered beyond my expectations, they went the extra mile for me personally. These are good folks. They spoke directly to the insurance company for me, they worked around my schedule, and they stayed in contact with me every step of the way. My roof couldn't look better. They used the best materials, they gave me the best warranty, and they did the best job installing it. Just roofing is highly recommended… and I mean that. I was not compelled or paid to write this review.

Robert Spillman helped me with some crazy wind/hail damage on my roof that had caused interior leaking. I had tried multiple other companies before hand & they would no show or be very little help. I had no idea what I was doing when I applied for the insurance claim & he walked me through every step. Without him I would have paid everything out of pocket. The first time he came to look at my roof he went to work doing temporary roof repairs that stopped the leaking inside. Absolute lifesaver. This also increased my resell value & now have fresh roofing with a warranty

I had a roof/flashing issue on a corner of my roof, a loose siding panel and an end of a gutter issue on my house. Nothing huge, but I needed immediate attention for the roof. I trust the Powell Bubble on Facebook group for their recommendations and overwhelmingly, Just Roofing, USA and Wes kept coming up with positive reviews. So, I contacted Just Roofing to request a quote and do the repairs. They came right out that same day and provided a temporary repair to the roof to prevent any more damage and to protect the roof until they could come back for the whole project. The service tech matched the roof shingles perfectly so no one can tell where the repair was and then he repaired the other issues. I appreciate the detail, workmanship and communication they provided. Mostly I appreciated that they considered my mini-project not too small for them to handle. The owners are honest and trustworthy. They certainly deserve 6 stars if it were an option! Steve and his colleagues were efficient in addressing the damages from the windstorm and working with our homeowner's insurance company to cover the damage. The office kept us up to date with scheduling the prep and the work, and the crew was polite and professional in their work. We needed have facia trim replaced and a shutter replaced, and they went to the trouble of taking care of that, too. I highly recommend Just Roofing USA, as they took great care of us during what could have been a stressful time.

I am 65, and I’ve had a few new roofs, and I have just had the most interesting and amazing experience with Just Roofs. Never before has a member of a roofing team I’ve used step up to be my advocate and to take care of me throughout the entire insurance process. First, their inspection was eye-opening. They had spotted things that other folks on our roof should’ve seen earlier during normal maintenance reviews. In fact, I hadn’t seen or realized that a large portion of my spouting had been impacted by a tree During the storm, something I had not even realized. I remember hearing something very unusual during the storm, but that is it. Fortunately, Rodney from Just Roofs left no stone unturned to make sure that he had discovered every issue caused by the last hailstorm, which in my area was a little violent. Another truly amazing fact is that Rodney wanted to be here when the insurance inspector arrived to point out what he had found and represent me, a guy who has absolutely no idea about roofing. Has it turned out, that inspection took place on Memorial Day, in the late morning, but Rodney was here, regardless to represent me, my interest, especially considering that I cannot be my own advocate for something I don’t understand. As I said, never have I had this experience with any roofing company. This is just not a roofing company, Just Roofs is your advocate to stand up for you and represent your interests when your insurance company pushes back, only because they normally can. With Rodney and Just Roofs on your side, that’s just not going to happen. truly amazing experience and I could not be happier with the help I have received from Rodney and the Just Roofs team.
