Still waiting for install but got estimates and sent to insurance by Joel Fallon. I have not had to do much, it’s being taken care of. Still waiting to hear final installation details. Waiting for insurance final decision. 10/21/26 review update: My roof and gutters replaced with new. Looks amazing. What impressed me the most was the communication with this company. From Joel F. In sales, staff working with the insurance company, to Corey in scheduling getting the roof replaced and the gutters replaced to the professionalism of the roofers and the two guys that did the gutters and downspouts. Everyone has just been fantastic. Both crews cleaned up so nice. Really respected the home and left no debris behind. I would recommend again. Thank you Joel.

Great overall work from Just Roofing. Worked with Rodney and Wes on a weather claim for my roof. They went above and beyond to make this a reality. Very flexible and extremely communicative through the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

Thankful for Just Roofing USA and their staff. We received a new roof, siding, windows, shutters, and gutters. Robert and Corey were there to answer all of our questions, and the installers worked quickly and did a great job.

Rodney Williamson from Just Roofing came to our house after we had water dripping from our 2nd floor hall ceilings ! I can't say enough good things about Rodney, first, and the entire crew and experience. In the POURING RAIN, Rodney was on our roof installing tarping material to stop the leaks we had in our roof ! Crazy, right ? He identified not only storm damage on the roof, but also damaged siding, gutters, downspouts, etc. and he and the Just Roofing team worked DILIGENTLY with our insurance carrier to help get EVERYTHING covered. We actually changed siding colors so it has transformed our home ! Single piece, seamless gutters were formed on the job site and look amazing in the color we picked. The crews that came out were amazing, super friendly, and worked hard until the jobs were done. The results are simply stunning.

Wes was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and truly made everything so much easier for me. He completely handled the insurance adjustment process from start to finish, which took a huge amount of stress off my plate. Joel came out and went above and beyond trying to find a leak in my roof. Took pictures, conferred with colleagues, did a thorough inspection. Turned out the leak was not coming from the roof, but despite spending so much time with me stood by it being a free inspection. I even offered to pay given the time spent. Very much appreciated the sincere willingness to help and go the extra mile.

We have been through roof replacement before, but this time Joel went beyond and above in terms of working with our adjusters and getting more than we thought. Unbeknownst to us our screens in the sun room had taken a hit from recent Ohio storms along with the roof and main garage door. Joel took exceptional care and we basically did not have to do anything but call in a claim. The roof is now complete and boy!!! Does it look fantastic. Robert and Carter are amazing! I called Robert about a leak in the commercial building I am in and he sent out Carter within 20 minutes of my call. They are super reliable, truthful and fun to work with!
